*I hold a current Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners Inspectors License # I-2872
*I am a member of the International Code Council and I am a current, (2010) International Residential Code Council Building Inspector.
* I hold a current Master Electrician License # 69499 by; Texas Dept. of License and Regulations.
* I started my career in building in 1978. I owned and operated a General Contracting Business for 23 yrs. I am now a Professional Real Estate Inspector and a city Building Inspector.
* I perform TRCC County Fee Inspections for construction projects anywhere in Texas.
* I believe in, and practice continuing education, a requirement for License Professional Inspectors.
* I strictly comply with the Texas Real Estate Commission, Standard of Practice with every inspection.
