*I am a member of the International Code Council and I hold a current International Residential Code license.
* I hold a current Master Electrician Lic. # 69499 by; Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulations.
* I started my career in building in 1978. I owned and operated a General Contracting Bussiness for 23 yrs. I am now a Professional Real Estate Inspector and a city Building Inspector.
* I use the best tools and latest technology to perform all my inspections.
* I believe in, and practice continuing education, a requirement for Lic. Pro. Inspectors.
